Medicare and Medicaid - Federally assisted insurance.

Private Insurance - This is the most commonly used form of payment for mental health services. Contact me to confirm that I accept your particular health insurance plan. 

Self-pay - This offers supreme privacy for individuals whom do not want certain information shared with other entities.  

Sliding-fee - This may be available under certain circumstances. 

My fees are considered in line with similar professionals in the Rehoboth/Lewes area. I accept credit cards and HSA/FSA accounts.

Telehealth -  Due to my extensive travel schedule, I am only offering sessions via secure, online video-conferencing platforms (SimplePractice). These sessions are convenient (no rushing, traffic, or parking fees),  and offer more days and times to schedule. No worries, you don’t have to be an expert to access , just accept the invite via your email. Let me know if you want some extra help.

If needed outside our regularly scheduled appointments, I will make every effort to provide additional information and resources uniquely addressing your issues. This is provided at no extra cost, as I see it as an important way for clients to feel connected between sessions. 

Providing letters of support and evaluation for people in the transgender community is a critical and necessary service. I provide three levels of letters in support of medical transitioning. Recommendation for Hormone Therapy is usually the first letter people request.  "Top Surgery" Mastectomy (FTM),  and Orchiectomy (MTF) are the second level letters most commonly provided. A very comprehensive assessment is required for what is often referred to as "Bottom Surgery". Assessments for Phalloplasty (FTM), and  Vaginoplasty (MTF), must meet WPATH standards. I have the expertise to complete these evaluations.
