Once you contact me, we'll schedule a time and day for your intake appointment. You will also be sent documents that you must complete prior to our first meeting. 

There are benefits of becoming an established client. Once you attend regular sessions, you will be provided a link to a secure client portal.  From there you will be able to safely message me, set appointments, exchange homework or articles, and receive session reminders.
